NH1800 - Top 10 Error Codes
20001 - Cash cassette not fully inserted.Remove cassette and re-insert firmly.
20002 - Bill count is at zero.
Even though the cassette may be loaded, the bill count in the machine must be adjusted.
20003 - Reject bin is full.
Empty reject bin and do a cassette close to reset the reject count.
20010 - Receipt printer is jammed.
Remove jammed paper from the printer mech.
20013 - Receipt printer is empty.
90001 - Card reader error.
Check to ensure card was inserted properly. Check the card reader for instructions.
C001Y/2Y, C0036, C004A - CDU sensor blockage.
Check the dispenser for jammed bills.
Triton 9600 Top 10 Error Codes
33 - Feed FailureCassette unable to dispense due to many different reasons. Jammed bill, empty, etc.
136 - Modem failure
Call service technician.
151 - Electronic journal is full
Enter mngt functions and clear or print journals.
137-141 - Printer failure.
Check for jammed receipt printer.
182 - Cash cassette level is low.
185-207 - ATM programming issues.
Call your service provider.

C0011, C001X, C0023, C0028, C002x - CDU Sensor has been tripped.Check for jammed bills.
All "D" Error codes originate from the system.
Call your service provider.
20010, 20012, 20013, 20014 - Receipt printer.
Check for jammed paper and connection.
